Top Former Ron and Rand Paul Staffer Among 20 New Endorsements for Eddie Edwards

May 24, 2018

Dover, NH – Eddie Edwards, a Republican candidate for Congress in NH-01, announced 20 new county co-captain endorsements today, bringing the campaign's total number of county co-captains to 270. It is the largest publicly released grassroots team of any Republican candidate in NH-01.

“Eddie Edwards is a dedicated public servant, not a career politician. As a veteran of the US Navy, Eddie took an oath to defend our Constitution, and I know that as our Congressman, he’ll continue to honor that oath to the Constitutional values this country was founded upon.

"New Hampshire needs a Congressman who we can count on to fight for smaller government and less spending, but the only way to shake up Congress is to change the kind of people we send there. That’s why I’m happy to endorse Eddie Edwards for Congress in New Hampshire's First Congressional District.”

- Andrew Demers of Manchester has been involved in several U.S. Senate and Congressional races, including as Political Director of Sen. Rand Paul’s 2010 campaign, as a consultant to Rep. Thomas Massie in his 2012 election, and as a demographics and get-out-the-vote consultant to Sen. Mitch McConnell’s 2014 campaign. Mr. Demers also served as National Director of Voter Contact for former U.S. Representative Ron Paul’s 2012 Presidential campaign as well as serving as a staff member on Rep. Paul’s 2008 Presidential campaign.
