Dover, NH – Eddie Edwards announced key staff for his campaign for Congress in New Hampshire's First District today.
Sam Rubino has been announced as the Campaign Manager. Sam Rubino of Rochester has worked on statewide and congressional races across the country and has worked on Capitol Hill and in state government. Before becoming campaign manager, Sam served as a top advisor to the campaign since September of 2017. Prior to the Edwards campaign, Sam worked for Congressman Greg Gianforte's 2017 congressional special election doing grassroots in eastern Montana and worked as the policy director for Montana Education Superintendent Elsie Arntzen. In 2016 he served as the Deputy Political Director for the Montana Republican Party and worked for Indiana Congresswoman Jackie Walorski's congressional office and campaign from 2012-2016.
Andy Demers has been announced as the Grassroots Consultant. Andrew Demers of Manchester has been involved in several U.S. Senate and Congressional races, including as Political Director of Sen. Rand Paul’s 2010 campaign, as a consultant to Rep. Thomas Massie in his 2012 election, and as a demographics and get-out-the-vote consultant to Sen. Mitch McConnell’s 2014 campaign. Mr. Demers also served as National Director of Voter Contact for former U.S. Representative Ron Paul’s 2012 Presidential campaign as well as serving as a staff member on Rep. Paul’s 2008 Presidential campaign.
Cody Belanger has been announced as the Field Manager. Cody was the youngest Selectmen elected at the age of 23 for the Town of Epping. Prior to being on the Board of Selectment in Epping, he was appointed to fulfill a seat on the Budget Committee. While he currently studies Social Work at UNH, he holds the Vice Chairmanship for the University of New Hampshire College Republicans.
Liam Sullivan has been announced as the Field Coordinator. Liam is a sophomore at the University of New Hampshire studying business administration with a concentration in finance and plans to minor in green real estate. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the UNH College Republicans and External Affairs Chairman of the UNH Student Senate. In Rochester, he attended Spaulding High School. Liam first met Eddie at a meeting of the UNH College Republicans and instantly wanted to jump on board the campaign. After college, he plans to go into real estate development.
Derek Dufresne, a general consultant of the campaign, made the following statement:
